




Job Summary: Provide support in the hospital kitchen by preparing and sanitizing food, organizing the workspace, and assisting with meal distribution to patients. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness Availability to work from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. Provide support in kitchen preparation, sanitation, and organization tasks in the hospital kitchen, collaborating to produce meals that meet required nutritional and quality standards for patients. * Assist in food preparation and pre-preparation (cutting, washing, peeling, vegetable sanitation, etc.), following kitchen team instructions. * Collaborate with the team in organizing dishes, adhering to food quality and safety standards. * Perform daily cleaning of kitchen utensils, such as knives, pots, plates, and equipment. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in accordance with sanitary and food safety regulations, ensuring that food preparation and storage areas remain consistently clean and appropriate. * Assist in meal distribution in dining areas or directly to patients, according to hospital routine. * Ensure food is served under optimal temperature and presentation conditions.
