The professional will also monitor the overall condition of facilities, support minor construction works, adaptations, and structural improvements, manage materials and tools, and, when necessary, supervise third-party service providers. Compliance with safety regulations, workplace organization, and adherence to internal guidelines and applicable regulations are expected. A strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and capacity to work collaboratively are essential.
