Continuous improvement and failure analysis **SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:** The Electrical Specialist Technician is responsible for performing, monitoring, and analyzing corrective, preventive, and predictive electrical maintenance activities on industrial equipment, machines, and systems. Ensures asset reliability, operational safety, and availability, adhering to technical standards, internal procedures, and safety requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **1\. Maintenance and Operations** * Perform corrective electrical maintenance on industrial equipment, identifying failures, diagnosing root causes, and executing repairs with agility and precision. * Execute preventive and predictive maintenance routines according to established plans. * Intervene in low- and medium-voltage electrical systems, motors, control panels, inverters, electrical controls, and instrumentation. * Test, calibrate, and adjust electroelectronic equipment. **2\. Reliability and Continuous Improvement** * Monitor asset performance and propose improvements to reduce failures and increase efficiency. * Suggest modernizations, replacements, and technical adjustments to improve operational availability. * Participate in failure analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives. **3\. Documentation and Control** * Record maintenance interventions in management systems (CMMS/ERP). * Update diagrams, drawings, and technical lists following modifications. * Prepare technical reports on incidents and diagnostics. **4\. Safety and Standards** * Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures (NR-10, NR-12, NR-35, among others). * Perform lockout-tagout (LOTO) during electrical interventions. * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and tool conservation. **5\. Technical Support** * Support other maintenance and operations teams in diagnostics and testing. * Guide third-party teams when required. * Provide technical support during scheduled and emergency maintenance shutdowns. **Education** * Technical course in Electrotechnology, Electronics, Electroelectronics, or related fields. * Additional qualification as a Specialist Technician or advanced courses preferred. **Certifications** * **NR-10** (basic and complementary – SEP, where applicable). * NR-35, NR-12 (preferred). * Courses in inverters, PLCs, electrical controls, and automation (a plus). **Experience** * Experience in industrial electrical maintenance. * Experience reading and interpreting electrical diagrams. * Knowledge of automation and instrumentation systems (preferred). **Technical Competencies** * Industrial electrical installations. * Maintenance of motors, control panels, motor control centers (MCCs), soft-starters, and inverters. * Measurement equipment (multimeter, megohmmeter, clamp ammeter). * Basic knowledge of automation and electroelectronic controls. **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical and diagnostic capability. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail and discipline regarding safety. \# Willingness to relocate to Currais Novos - RN Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: Electrotechnology, Technical Course * Private Pension Plan * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing * Meal and Food Allowance Cards
