




Job Summary: Responsible for the administration and scheduling of service orders, aiming at maximum resource utilization and achievement of availability and reliability targets. Coordination of weekly and daily scheduling meetings JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for administering the service order portfolio awaiting scheduling. Must schedule services to achieve maximum utilization of human, material, and auxiliary resources, based on short-, medium-, and long-term planning. Must comply with cost, safety, environmental, production, and maintenance requirements, thereby contributing to achieving physical availability and equipment and facility reliability targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED: Schedule execution of periodic preventive maintenance plans; * Monitor closure of service orders and scheduling; * Ensure implementation of shutdown programs; * Develop equipment shutdown schedules in MS\-Project with release dates, according to daily scheduling; * Guarantee material availability for inspections together with the procurement officer during administrative hours; * Monitor daily service execution reports; * Coordinate weekly and daily scheduling meetings; * Develop shutdown scheduling, derived from monthly planning \+ inspection backlog \+ operational requests (backlog “AGPRG”); * Forward to preparer the list of materials required for D\+1 scheduling execution (minimum 6-hour lead time); * Forward to execution team the list of services \+ printed service orders; * Schedule necessary resources for service execution; * Minimum 24-hour lead time; * Desired 72-hour lead time; * Ensure updates to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); * Participate in monthly planning meetings; * Coordinate shutdown scheduling meetings; * Perform daily, weekly, and monthly routine tasks. * (cleaning, auxiliary equipment, and tools); * Monitor equipment testing. * Update the computerized maintenance control system. · Schedule and execute assembly and disassembly of scaffolding systems and sub-systems. · Prepare monitoring and control reports for lubrication, fuels, materials, etc. * Willingness to reside in Currais Novos / RN.
