SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment at the ore processing plant. Jaw crushers, vibrating feeders, conveyor belts, slurry and water centrifugal pumps, gearboxes, vibrating and linear screens, filter presses for tailings, thickeners, electric hoists, air compressors, etc. Comply with all standards and procedures for which training was provided. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Participate in DDS. • Preventive and corrective maintenance on crushers. • Preventive and corrective maintenance on vibrating feeders. • Inspect equipment before any operation. • Preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyor belts, cold vulcanization, belt replacement. • Perform 5S in the area. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on slurry and water pumps. • Preventive and corrective maintenance on vibrating screens. • Preventive and corrective maintenance on gearboxes and geared motors. • Preventive and corrective maintenance on electric motor bearings. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric hoists and overhead cranes. • Maintenance on PEAD and steel piping. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air compressors and blowers. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ANDRITZ filter presses. • Preventive and corrective maintenance on gravimetric concentrators and Acácio reactors. • Preventive and corrective maintenance on chutes and troughs. • Preventive and corrective maintenance on hydrocyclones. • Preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic units and lubrication systems. • Cutting using oxy\-acetylene cutting equipment. • Welding using coated electrodes and/or MIG welding. • Preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic circuits. • Preventive and corrective maintenance on heat exchangers. • Prepare activity reports for work orders and services. • Fabricate reels, troughs... • Preventive and corrective maintenance on dosing pumps. • Shaft and/or coupling alignment using dial indicators or laser alignment tools. • Gear adjustments, axial clearance adjustments on pump bearings, etc. • Reading and interpreting technical drawings. • Reading and interpreting hydraulic diagrams. • Taking measurements using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators... • Replace liners in SAG/ball mills. • Maintenance on trommel. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on linear screens. • Preventive and corrective maintenance on cooling towers. • Comply with safety regulations and Aura Minerals standards. • Carry out quality actions, environmental preservation, and work according to safety standards. • Perform tasks using drills and grinders. • Work using mechanical lathes and pillar drills. • Not limited to these tasks. \# KNOWLEDGE IN FILTRATION SYSTEMS WILL BE A DIFFERENTIATING FACTOR. \# Availability to live in Currais Novos \- RN Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Qualifications:* Mechanics, Technical Course Driver's License: B * Private Pension Plan * Meal and Food Card * Profit Sharing * Life Insurance * Health and Dental Plan
