The pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical consultations and medication dispensing, pharmaceutical care, customer counseling, and administration of injectables. They train staff, support store management, register prescriptions in the National System for Control of Psychotropic and Narcotic Substances (SNGPC), verify controlled-substance cabinets, organize the pharmacy section, update and review operational procedures, promote public health, and participate in and organize internal and external health-related events. They must comply with sanitary regulations and internal procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee storage of pharmaceutical products, especially controlled substances. * Monitor inventory levels, place orders, control product expiration dates and storage conditions, and ensure proper product organization. * Dispense medications, counsel customers, and provide pharmaceutical care. * Sell, negotiate, recommend, and enhance the customer experience. * Manage controlled-substance cabinets and register prescriptions in the SNGPC. * Monitor ambient and refrigerator temperatures for medications. * Administer injectables, measure blood pressure, perform rapid tests, administer vaccinations, and participate in health initiatives and events. * Participate in audits and inspections. * Maintain and update reports and documentation in compliance with regulatory authorities. * Support store management by training staff, organizing the store, tracking goals and performance metrics, monitoring adherence to standards, procedures, and legislation. * Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitor sanitary legislation, and stay current on pharmaceutical practices. **Skills:** * Technical knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical legislation * Clear communication, patience, and active listening * Leadership and accountability * Organization, initiative, and discipline * Interpersonal skills and flexibility * Sales ability and results orientation * Teaching capability and problem-solving skills * Numerical and basic mathematical proficiency **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy * Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) * Prior experience in pharmacies and pharmaceutical sales preferred * Proficiency in computer applications and knowledge of sanitary legislation * Availability to work flexible hours * High productivity and strong intellectual potential * Proactive profile with enthusiasm and willingness to thrive in a dynamic environment Here, those who care are also cared for.
