




#### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the team of mechanics and technicians, promoting training and continuous development. * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules; * Manage inventory control of parts and materials; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; * Monitor performance indicators and propose process improvements. * Interact with suppliers and service providers for negotiation and contracting; * Perform technical repair activities on the fleet, focusing on improving operations and service functionality; #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience in automotive maintenance supervision. * Technical knowledge in automotive mechanics, electrical systems, and vehicle electronics. * Team management and leadership skills. * Planning and organizational ability. * Technical or higher education in mechanics, automotive engineering, or related fields. #### **Desirable Requirements (Advantage):** * Knowledge of maintenance management systems (ERP, CMMS). * Experience in maintaining fleets of light and heavy vehicles. * Certifications in occupational safety or quality. * Training in leadership and team development. **Hiring Model: PJ**
