Logistics Supervisor - Garanhuns-PE

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to contribute to our mission of being the protein company closest to our consumers and the most efficient from farm to table. **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise transportation operations (feed and one-day-old chicks); * Ensure quality, safety, and achievement of goals; * Monitor budget and control resources; * Plan routes and monitor shipments, transshipments, and unloading; * Lead team (drivers, administrative staff, and catchers); * Participate in meetings and supervise administrative routines; * Ensure supply to Integrated Farmers by planning and monitoring product distribution, meeting their needs while aligning with NATTO's targets regarding prices, deadlines, quantities, and quality, as well as delivery flow according to each Integrated Farmer's storage and unloading capacity. * Ensure compliance with established fleet policy guidelines, providing proper guidance to the team, informing them about parameters and methodologies for freight spreadsheet development, raw material intake control, among others, conducting technical visits and inspections at Integrated Farmers' sites. * Contribute to reducing company costs through critical analysis of the operation under their responsibility and interaction with other departments. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience with large-scale transporters or logistics operators; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and team management is essential; * Prior experience in the food industry is desirable; * Willingness to reside in Garanhuns\-PE. **Additional information** * Natto Kit (10kg \- monthly); * On-site cafeteria; * Meal allowance; * Pharmacy card; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Health and dental plan; * Discounts at educational institutions and leisure facilities.
