Let’s go! **We expect you to…** * Collaboratively build your project’s solution autonomously, aligning with your team’s development process; * Identify and flag potential risks in your project activities using relevant metrics, and participate in designing alternatives to mitigate them; * Collaboratively contribute to project activity planning; * Define and explain your technical decisions based on software development best practices, detailing the solutions applied to clarify and resolve possible questions; * Provide technical leadership to development teams, partnering closely with design, QA, and project management leads. **We require you to…** * Write production-ready, error-free code aligned with your team’s main execution flow—well-documented, covered by unit tests, and compliant with adopted software development standards; * Understand the software architecture of your assigned project; * Possess expertise in architecture, design, and development using the following technology stack: + Solid backend programming language skills (e.g., Java, Go, PHP, JavaScript) + Proficiency in a frontend framework or library such as React / Angular / Vue + Relational databases (SQL) + Git for source code version control and CI/CD best practices + Docker for application virtualization and containerization + Microservices architecture + Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or similar) + Experience using AI copilots **It’s a plus if you…** * Have advanced English proficiency (writing, listening, speaking) for collaboration with international clients; * Have additional knowledge of agile software development tools and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks.
