Plans and develops projects to improve corporate IT services. **Job Summary:** The **Infrastructure Analyst** is responsible for **ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the company's IT infrastructure**, including servers, networks, operating systems, and cloud services. **Key Responsibilities:** · Maintain the operation of software and hardware, network infrastructure, databases, systems, and programming lines; · Provide server support and maintenance; · Plan capacity and develop improvement projects for corporate IT services; · Create users and manage access-permission groups; · Deploy servers when necessary, monitor and enforce IT resource policies, and implement operational procedures for the IT department. **Requirements:** · Degree or knowledge in IT or related fields · Prior experience in this role · Experience with servers, networks, and operating systems · Knowledge of information security and backup · Familiarity with virtualization and cloud computing · Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills Job Types: Contract, Permanent Pay: From R$2,782\.50 per month Work Location: In person
