Job Summary: Responsible for operating, adjusting, and monitoring packaging machines to ensure proper filling, sealing, and labeling, while controlling operational parameters, verifying quality, and identifying faults. Perform equipment adjustments and calibrations Responsible for operating, adjusting, and monitoring packaging machines for liquid and viscous cleaning products, ensuring correct filling, sealing, and labeling of containers. Performs calibrations according to volume specifications and product type, controls operating parameters, verifies quality standards, and identifies potential process faults. Conducts equipment cleaning and sanitization in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations. Handles raw material supply, production recordkeeping, and area organization, contributing to target achievement and final product quality maintenance.
