Job Summary: Lead accounting and management processes, driving the annual budgeting process and developing performance indicators to support decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the accurate and timely financial and management closing. 2. Conduct the annual budgeting process and variance analyses. 3. Develop performance indicators for senior leadership. Responsibilities \- Lead the financial and management closing process, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to deadlines. \- Drive the annual budgeting process, periodic reviews, and variance analyses, ensuring alignment with financial targets. \- Develop performance indicators and management reports to support senior leadership decision-making. \- Supervise results consolidation, monitoring costs, expenses, and margins by business unit. \- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and corporate controls. \- Serve as the technical liaison with internal and external auditors. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; postgraduate degree in Finance or Controller preferred. \- Solid experience in controller functions, budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting. \- Proficiency in current accounting standards and audit processes. \- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to transform data into executive insights.
