Here, you will combine technical expertise and practical experience with an environment that stimulates creativity and the use of cutting-edge technologies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Draft complex litigation documents (e.g., responses to complaints, appeals, writs of review, objections, memoranda); * Develop procedural strategies for mid-level cases, especially those involving the electric power and retail sectors; * Conduct thorough documentary analysis and recommend appropriate legal arguments; * Research applicable legislation, legal doctrine, case law, and regulatory norms; * Prepare reports, legal opinions, and internal/external communications with clarity and precision. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Law; * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Civil Law is desirable; * Strong affinity with the subject matter. **Additional Information** See some of the benefits we offer: Wellhub; Birthday Day Off; Emotional well-being incentive program: Moodar; Possibility of hybrid work arrangement.
