Guide clients on best practices and process optimization **About the Opportunity:** As a **Senior Systems Implementation Consultant** at Kurier, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring solutions are aligned with client requirements and promote operational efficiency. Your role will involve connecting business processes to technology, providing consultative support in system configuration, organizing deliverables, and executing go-live with quality and predictability. Experience in the legal sector will be considered a plus. We primarily seek a professional with systemic thinking, solid experience in systems implementation, and structured project management capabilities. **Your Responsibilities:** * Conduct diagnostic and requirements-gathering meetings: Understand the client’s context, map processes, and translate business needs into functional requirements. * Configure and parameterize the system: Adjust workflows, business rules, permissions, and integrations according to the defined scope. * Manage project schedule and deliverables: Monitor implementation phases, ensure timely delivery, and mitigate risks. * Support data migration and validation: Assist in importing, validating, and cleansing data from legacy systems. * Design processes and functional documentation: Develop flowcharts (BPMN), manuals, and technical documentation to ensure traceability and project governance. * Lead testing and user acceptance: Guide the validation phase with the client, ensuring adherence to the agreed scope. * Provide consultative support: Advise clients on platform best practices and opportunities for process optimization. * Ensure successful go-live and stabilization: Support production launch and monitor the initial period to ensure adoption and performance. **Prerequisites:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, or related fields; * Law degree or experience in legaltechs will be considered a plus; * Experience implementing management systems (ERP, SaaS, or technology platforms); * Hands-on experience managing B2B client projects; * Requirements gathering and analysis; * Process modeling (BPMN or similar); * System parameterization and integrations; * Basic database knowledge and data validation (basic SQL is a plus); * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. **We believe everything depends on people — and that’s not all; we offer many other benefits for you:** Meal and/or food allowance (you choose how to allocate the total amount); Health insurance; Dental insurance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Wellhub (formerly Gympass); Early 13th salary payment; Time-off day; Length-of-service bonus; Childcare allowance; Eyeglass allowance; Funeral assistance; Financial support for home office setup. **These are just some of the Kurier benefits :)** This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PCD)
