Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic Controller to oversee financial, accounting, and managerial control, ensuring data reliability and supporting senior management decision-making. Developing and enhancing internal controls and policies **Position: Controller** We seek a professional to strategically manage the company's financial, accounting, and managerial control, ensuring information reliability, regulatory compliance, and support for senior management decision-making. Responsibilities: * Plan, monitor, and analyze the annual budget (Budget) and revisions (Forecast); * Prepare and analyze managerial reports, financial statements, and performance indicators (KPIs); * Control costs, expenses, margins, and profitability; * Monitor accounting and tax closing processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines; * Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and scenario planning; * Develop and enhance internal controls and financial policies; * Monitor cash flow, financial projections, and capital requirements; * Interface with external accounting firms, auditors, and internal departments; * Ensure adherence to accounting, tax, and regulatory standards. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in Controllership and Accounting; * Solid knowledge of accounting, finance, and corporate budgeting; * Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP system expertise; * Knowledge of financial indicator analysis and managerial reporting. Preferred Qualifications: * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Finance, or related areas; * Experience in auditing, compliance, or medium-to-large enterprises; * Familiarity with BI tools, Power BI, or data analytics platforms; * Experience implementing or improving financial processes.
