**Position Summary** --------------------- Location: Araras\-SP Area: Nescafé Manufacturing Reporting to: Nescafé Supervision **Working Hours: 11:40 AM to 8:50 PM and 5:00 PM to 2:10 AM \| Work Schedule: 6 days on, 2 days off** **A Day in the Life of...** ------------------------ Operate equipment according to your assigned role or perform tasks at similar complexity levels, following all instructions. Meet production and manufacturing plans for products while ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to process parameters. Resolve routine issues and/or implement improvements; share knowledge; understand and propose actions related to key performance indicators—such as corrective and preventive actions, escalation to support chains, identification of abnormalities, and resolution of minor repairs; perform product/format changeovers, cleaning, inspections, and lubrication—ensuring product quality, employee safety, and sustainability. 01\. Production, Maintenance, and Planned Activities: Operate equipment to meet production targets and adjust necessary parameters to ensure proper equipment operation. Carry out planned daily activities (e.g., standard inspection, lubrication, product/format changeovers, minor repairs) to prevent failures and rework. 02\. Safety, Quality, and Sustainability Practices: Follow Occupational Health and Safety instructions and participate in prevention programs to strengthen accident prevention culture; Follow Quality and Food Safety instructions by performing sampling, testing, and process and product controls to prevent internal and external dissatisfaction or losses; Follow Sustainability instructions to avoid environmental impacts. 03\. Performance: Participate in initiatives aimed at cost reduction and performance improvement to enhance company competitiveness; Apply analytical tools, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement techniques for processes, people, and products—empowering personnel with autonomy in process operation and product manufacturing; Record and analyze production data to monitor and support performance projects and productivity indicators; 04\. Projects: Execute test orders and production plans for industrial trials to support feasibility analysis of Innovation and Renewal projects.
