About Us GTOP is comprised of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for restocking, replenishing and organizing products on gondolas, islands and check stands; ensuring correct pricing; and complying with procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and providing integrity, quality, physical appearance and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving the Grocery Department’s sales targets by restocking, replenishing and organizing products on gondolas, islands and check stands; ensuring correct pricing; and complying with procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and providing integrity, quality, physical appearance and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through proper storage on gondolas, islands, check stands and in the warehouse; sector organization, cleaning and sanitation; and expiration date verification according to the FIFO principle (First Expired, First Out), as well as compliance with procedures and hygiene, quality, safety and pre-established standards; Monitor and organize products with imminent expiration dates (“short-dated” items), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and collection of expired products, as well as products with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns/exchanges; Ensure and maintain sector organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensils, by adhering to daily sanitation procedures, and requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Rua Hermann Tribess, 1026 – Tribess, Blumenau – SC, 89057-300 **Working Hours:** 14:00–17:30 / 18:30–22:20 **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefits Retail Store Purchase Benefits Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
