If you want to share this purpose and build your best self within an innovative company, come be our **ROUTE-BASED SALES PROMOTER**, gaining unique experiences and building a successful journey at \#TimeLeviora. **What you will do:** -------------------- * Visit stores along your route, ensuring correct display of Leviora products. * Organize and restock shelves, additional displays, and clip strips according to the brand’s merchandising standards. * Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) execution to maintain proper product expiration dates in stores. * Count and monitor inventory at stores. * Receive and register orders directly from stores, maintaining active communication with the sales department. * Take photos of points of sale and send daily reports via Contele Equipes system; * Install POS materials and ensure they are properly positioned (clip strips, wobblers, banners, etc.). * Monitor competitors and report market insights. * Conduct tasting events when necessary. * Build strong relationships with store managers. **Who we're looking for:** ---------------------------- * Disciplined, committed individuals with a high sense of responsibility. * People who value delivery, consistency, and have the determination to grow alongside us. * Strong communicators, friendly, with ease in interpersonal relationships. * Organized, quick, and results-focused. * Resilient, comfortable with an external routine. **Required qualifications:** --------------------------- * High school diploma. * Previous experience as a sales promoter, shelf stocker, or in sales (desirable but not mandatory). * Own motorcycle and valid Class A driver's license (mandatory). * Commitment to fixed routines and schedules (our daily morning meetings start at 7:55 a.m.). **Work format:** ------------------------ * CLT employment contract. * External model with daily visits to stores on your route. * 44-hour weekly schedule, Monday through Friday, starting at 7:55 a.m. **What you’ll gain by joining \#TimeLeviora:** --------------------------------------------------------- * Real impact: your work will be essential for the company's growth, regional retail development, brand expansion, and for building together the legacy of healthy, nutritious food we aim to spread worldwide. * Growth opportunities: Leviora is expanding and seeks talents who grow with the company!
