We are seeking a professional to align with the central office on workforce management at the construction site. The candidate must have basic knowledge in the Human Resources area. **Responsibilities and duties** Admission document screening Referral for admission medical exam Processing admission procedures Control and filing of dossiers Time clock control Data entry into spreadsheets for payroll preparation Termination processes Workforce termination homologations Legal representative **Requirements and qualifications** Knowledge of labor legislation Good communication skills Proficiency in Office software Knowledge of calculations related to vacations, severance payments, and payroll Organized and able to manage deadlines **Additional information** 2MS offers meal and transportation benefits. Our working hours are from 07:00 to 17:00 Monday through Thursday, and from 07:00 to 16:00 on Fridays.
