**SESI/PE** **\- CÓD.** **102** **PEDAGOGY INTERNSHIP** **(MORENO)** **Applications: 09/15 to 09/18/2025** * Position with initial opportunity at the **SESI/PE – MORENO** unit * Number of positions available for immediate hiring: 1 position * Immediate hiring, with possibility of forming a talent pool valid for 6 (six) months, which may or may not be extended for another 6 months at the sole discretion of the hiring institution. * According to Decrees No. 3298/99 and 5\.296/04, all positions are open to People with Disabilities. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** * **Education**: Currently enrolled in a **higher education** program in **PEDAGOGY** * **Semester**: From the 3rd semester onwards * **Main Activities**: Assist the student in following the activities proposed by the teacher. Encourage participation in group activities, respecting individual limits and potentialities. Promote positive interactions with peers, favoring socialization. Ensure the student has access to necessary materials for completing activities. Observe the student's behavior, progress, and difficulties in the classroom. Record daily (on forms or brief reports) relevant information to support the teacher and multidisciplinary team. Inform the teacher/supervisor/AEE teacher of any situations requiring special attention. Participate in monitoring meetings when requested, contributing observations. Encourage the student to perform tasks with increasing independence. Value the student’s progress, positively reinforcing their achievements. Respect the student's privacy and confidentiality of information contained in medical reports. Strictly follow instructions from the classroom teacher, AEE, and pedagogical supervisor. * **EXPECTED Schedule**: 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM * **EXPECTED\* hiring period**: 12 months * **Scholarship Allowance**: R$ 1\.148,00 \+ transportation allowance of R$ 100.00 * **Note: During the validity period of the talent pool, candidates approved into the talent pool may be called to fill a position at a different location/unit than the one they originally applied for, provided it is within the same region. Therefore, after applying for the position, the candidate must remain attentive to their e\-mail inbox, as stages will not be rescheduled.** **SELECTION PROCESS STAGES:** **1st STAGE: Application \- Interested candidates must apply during the period indicated in this announcement. Applications submitted outside the specified deadline will not be accepted.** **Note 1:** Registration will only be validated upon confirmation via e\-mail; therefore, the candidate must confirm the e\-mail within the application period. **E\-mails not confirmed or confirmed after the registration period ends will not be counted and will not be part of the process.** **Note 2: All communication with candidates regarding participation in stages will be done via e\-mail.** Therefore, use a valid and easily accessible e\-mail address to avoid missing any stage. **2nd STAGE: Objective Assessment** \- After the application period ends, candidates will proceed to a Knowledge Assessment test, developed based on the curriculum content specified in the job posting. Candidates will receive the link to take the exam via e\-mail (the e\-mail registered during the application process). The test will be administered at the same time and date for all candidates, so rescheduling will not be possible. **Note:** Candidates scoring equal to or higher than 7.0 will advance to the next stage. **3rd STAGE: Candidate Qualification** \- **(conflict of interest)** Candidates will receive via e\-mail (registered e\-mail used during application) a link to answer a screening questionnaire containing objective questions (yes or no) and open fields to complete. **Note 1: The deadline to respond to the qualification stage is 24 hours after receiving the link. No additional time will be granted for document submission, and it is the candidate's responsibility to submit all required documents proving eligibility.** **Note 2:** **Candidates who meet 100% of the job requirements, attach all supporting documents, and complete the conflict of interest declaration will advance to the next stage. Only the top 10 candidates ranked according to the results of the objective assessment (Stage 2) will move forward.** **Note 3:** If the first 10 invited candidates do not meet the requirements in the qualification stage, the next 10 candidates will be invited according to ranking order, and so on, until reaching a minimum of ten candidates for the next stage or until there are no more qualified candidates from the objective assessment stage. **4th STAGE: HR Interviews:** Interviews will be competency-based and scored from 0 to 10, with a minimum score of 7.0 required to advance. Interviews may be conducted in person or online at the Institution’s discretion and will be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance. **Note:** Rescheduling of this stage will not be possible. Failure to attend will result in automatic disqualification. **5th STAGE. Manager Interview:** Interviews will be competency and skills-based and scored from 0 to 10, with a minimum score of 7.0 required to advance. Interviews may be conducted in person or online at the Institution’s discretion and will be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance. **Note 1: Rescheduling of this stage will not be possible. Failure to attend will result in automatic disqualification.** **Note 2: Stages 4 and 5 (HR Interview and Manager Interview, respectively) may be conducted simultaneously.** **6th STAGE. Process Completion and Result Announcement** \- The candidate’s final score will be the average of scores obtained in Stages 2, 4, and 5 (Objective Assessment, HR Interview, and Manager Interview, respectively). Results will be communicated via the e\-mail registered during application, and those approved within the number of available positions will also receive instructions for onboarding. **Note:** In case of a tie in the overall ranking, the following tiebreaker criteria will apply: 1\. PWD candidates; 2\. Higher score in the manager interview; 3\. Longer experience in activities related to the role/area; 4\.
