




Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields; Experience with the Integrated Management System (IMS); Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Intermediate Excel; NRs, Environmental Legislation, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001. Preferred: specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering. Responsibilities: * Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System for QSSMA; * Define guidelines, standardize, and validate the development, review, and control of IMS documentation (policies, procedures, work instructions, and records) according to ISO 9001/14001 and 45001 standards; * Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and manage non-conformities and audit action plans, accidents/incidents, and opportunities for improvement. * Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), developing dashboards and management reports using BI tools. * Perform critical analyses of results and support preparation of presentations for strategic QSSMA meetings. * Lead continuous improvement and innovation projects, applying methodologies such as PDCA, Kaizen, and root cause analysis. * Act as a technical reference and internal facilitator, supporting and influencing departments. * Monitor and support compliance with customer requirements, considering contracts and communication with other priority stakeholder groups for the Group.
