If you want to be the protagonist of your career in a dynamic and recognition-oriented environment, this is the place for you. \#VemPraESAB **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the definition, implementation, and maintenance of pricing practices in the SAM region, with strong involvement in SAP-related projects and processes, acting cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT as an individual contributor with regional scope. You will be responsible for structuring and implementing pricing governance in the region, defining and standardizing discount, rebate, and commercial terms policies, and directly supporting the SAP project to ensure system-level adherence to pricing rules. You will also be responsible for mapping, reviewing, and optimizing pricing processes within the ERP (SAP), developing margin analyses by customer, product, channel, and region, identifying opportunities to improve *price realization* and profitability, and developing pricing dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar tools).
