Description: * Currently enrolled in the 2nd semester or later of a Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * Training in CNC operation and programming. * Knowledge of CAD/CAM software. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role. * Develop CNC programs, performing necessary simulations in CAM software or manually, analyzing dimensional results and surface finishes to approve the process and ensure compliance with established production parameters. * Perform maintenance tasks assigned to the operator, according to the checklist and work instructions, to ensure equipment is operational; otherwise, report issues to maintenance at the start of the shift. * Identify tools required for machining processes, as well as part fixturing, setup of parts on machines, and selection of the appropriate machine, by analyzing 2D/3D drawings and part dimensions. * Adjust fixturing devices or develop custom setups (when no fixturing device exists), evaluating the optimal method for part fixation to guarantee high-quality machining. * Prepare the machine by verifying tools and information specified in the Machining Technical Sheet. Load the program according to the planned model and operation sequence for production. Mount fixtures onto machine tables. * Record measurements during and after the machining process, completing the defined quality control plan to ensure traceability of performed operations. Register process execution in the system, as well as other records in workflow and production control systems. * Collaborate in developing fixturing devices, selecting tools for procurement, and improving machining strategies and processes. * Comply with safety standards inherent to the position and organization. * Comply with standards for organization and cleanliness. 2512280202491887327
