Responsible for performing cargo handling activities using a bridge crane. * Check the condition of the equipment and lifting accessories, following the inspection checklist. * Review project drawings to identify the type and weight of the load, ensuring compliance with the equipment's capacity. * Perform and assist in lifting activities, handling accessories with caution to ensure safe movement and meet production flow requirements. * Complete work-related records when requested by leadership. * Ensure quality, reliability, and confidentiality of information and services under their responsibility. * Accurately record activity progress as directed by leadership. * Maintain company assets and ensure workplace organization and cleanliness. * Comply with safety and environmental protection regulations, participating in internal programs. * Participate in Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) and training related to the activity. * Guide new employees on procedures and correct equipment operation. * Stay updated on new processes and procedures within the area. * Perform activities according to management system guidelines and work instructions. * Inspect material quality before starting the production process, reporting any irregularities.
