Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location**: Campo Grande – AL (Agreste Saneamento). **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for planning and scheduling electromechanical maintenance activities; Perform administrative tasks in the maintenance area, control documents, prepare spreadsheets and dashboards, and manage files to streamline daily operations; Ensure planning and scheduling of scheduled/preventive maintenance activities, aiming to comply with maintenance plans, the 52-week schedule, applicable technical and safety standards, and customer requirements; Develop maintenance plans, schedules, equipment technical registries, criticality classifications, updates to equipment technical libraries—including technical descriptions and maintenance methods—and service order creation on the Engeman platform and/or related systems; Carry out activities and improvements related to material inventory control, purchase requisitions, material reservations at the warehouse, supplier registration, requests for issuance of freight invoices for equipment transportation, among others; Develop interactive Excel spreadsheets, tables, and dashboards enabling consolidated data visualization, visible management boards, maintenance planning and control—including performance indicators, costs, service distribution, staffing levels, etc.; Lead and participate in technical meetings for maintenance planning and scheduling; Support failure analysis studies for incidents occurring in the department; Provide technical support to other departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Desirable: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Intermediate Excel skills.
