Come take off with South System! We are looking for an **Expert Quality Analyst** to board our spacecraft and, together, propel people and businesses through innovation. Location: Remote Responsibilities: * Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of generative AI-based solutions, with a focus on autonomous agents, copilots, and conversational assistants. * Validate models, decision-making flows, and integrations, ensuring high performance standards and user experience. * Define and execute functional, non-functional, and exploratory testing strategies for generative AI agents. * Evaluate responses, reasoning, consistency, context, and adherence to business rules. * Create test scenarios for prompt engineering, multi-agent workflows, and autonomous decision-making. * Assess language quality, accuracy, biases, hallucinations, and security risks in AI applications. * Develop and maintain AI-specific quality metrics, such as factuality, coherence, and relevance. * Automate API testing, AI pipelines, and integrations with internal systems. * Document results, risks, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Mandatory Requirements: * Solid experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA). * Practical knowledge of Generative AI, especially in agents, copilots, and conversational assistants. * Experience with REST API testing and test automation. * Understanding of prompt engineering and ability to evaluate model-generated responses. * Analytical ability to identify subtle logic, context, and language flaws. * Strong communication skills to clearly report technical and business risks. * Knowledge of Python for test automation and analysis.
