If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Authorize team departures with properly loaded vehicles within the scheduled time; * Monitor route operations, maintaining contact with partners and customers to ensure successful deliveries and prevent possible product returns; * Track departmental KPIs, analyze trends, propose improvements, and periodically present results to the team; * Ensure vehicle safety by monitoring the completion of checklists/driver logs by your team; * Comply with and enforce guidelines related to the Integrated Management System (SGI): Food Safety, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment; * Develop the team by imparting organizational, behavioral, and technical competencies required for task execution and employee development; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
