Job Summary: Samsung authorized technical support analyst, performing mobile phone analysis and maintenance, as well as service order management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience and expertise in mobile phone maintenance 2. Proficiency with systems 3. Work at an authorized Samsung technical support center AUTHORIZED SAMSUNG TECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTER. Responsibilities: Mobile phone analysis and maintenance, service order updates, parts inventory adjustments, warranty void assessment reports, Samsung forms. LOCATION: Shopping Lages. Requirements: Experience/knowledge of mobile phone maintenance, proficiency with systems Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (No work on Sundays). COMPENSATION (R$2.296,63) + VA + VT + BONUS. Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.296,63 - R$5.361,73 per month Work Mode: On-site
