If you are passionate about technology, enjoy visiting new locations during technical visits, have experience in telecommunications—or the willingness to learn—please submit your resume! **This and all other listed positions are open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in customer installations; * Assist in customer maintenance; * Accompany preventive network maintenance when necessary; * Assist in repairing fiber-optic networks; * Request materials from the warehouse; * Safeguard company assets; * Use tools for measuring network parameters; * Provide support and safety to technicians using PPE; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Use company software; * Answer telephone calls; * Contact customers via telephone; * Drive company vehicles; * Clean and maintain an organized workplace. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Electrical networks; Computer literacy; Computer networking. **Education:** Completed high school. **Requirement:** Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Tuesday to Saturday, 08:00 \- 12:00 \- 13:12 \- 18:00 On-site opportunity in Lages, Santa Catarina.
