Job Summary: We are seeking a charismatic Communicator to be the voice and on-site presence of Rádio Massa Lages, interacting with the public on the streets and generating creative content for the station. Representing the station at events and promotional activities **About the Role:** We are looking for a Communicator to serve as the voice and on-site presence of Rádio Massa Lages among the public. This professional will bring the radio to the streets, bridging the brand with listeners, interacting across diverse contexts, and producing creative and dynamic content that highlights the station and its commercial partners. **Responsibilities:** Conduct engaging and relaxed live or recorded street interactions; Produce "Amarelinhos" – short street-based content segments for insertion into programming; Lead brief street reports, bringing public voices and local situations to the radio; Support and participate in promotional and sales activities; Participate in social media content creation when required; Participate in Massa FM Lages programming, live from the studio, when necessary and aligned with management; Represent the station professionally in various settings and events. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor's degree in Journalism, Social Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; Strong verbal communication skills, charisma, and confidence speaking in public; Confidence recording in outdoor environments and interacting with diverse individuals; Flexibility in scheduling and availability to work assigned shifts; Dynamism, proactivity, and creativity; Appropriate personal appearance and professional demeanor.
