Requirements: **What we're looking for in this Technical Documentation Analyst position** Maintain communication plans, with schedules based on product deliveries, monitored by a senior analyst. Research trends and best practices in technical documentation. Maintain technical documentation models, considering the product and the personas consuming the content. Communicate content strategy guidelines to technical writers. Monitor team deliverables according to the strategic planning schedule. Create tracking charts and presentations with area results. Maintain a Content and Style Guide for the team, developed together with the team. Develop content for the following types of technical documentation: system documentation and release notes/technical bulletins; user manuals and training handouts/scripts; installation and implementation guides and operation manuals. Support the development of content focused on user experience (microcopy, Onboarding, and conversational flows for Chat Bot). Collaborate with UX designers to ensure application texts are pleasant and intuitive. Research, create, and maintain information architecture models that comply with organizational standards. Provide clear instructions or information to the target audience across all documentation artifacts. Understand and investigate software complexities and simplify them through textual resources. Measure engagement on platforms such as Google Analytics. Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from different sources such as surveys, usability tests, and user feedback, under the supervision of a senior analyst. Ensure direct contact with Product, Development, Marketing, Sales, UX, and other teams to align on new solutions. Manage/perform translations of user manuals, Resources, Release Notes/technical bulletins, and other departmental documents.
