Job Summary: The Development Coordinator will be responsible for managing and leading development teams, ensuring process quality and productivity, adherence to deadlines, and delivery of solutions. Requirements: **What we seek for this Development Coordinator position** Responsible for monitoring team tasks and creating action plans; Identifies opportunities to improve the quality and productivity of the processes involved; Analyzes, prioritizes, and tracks requests, guiding the team in executing activities; Responsible for ensuring adherence to deadlines and requirements agreed upon by the development team; Manages the development roadmap; Participates in the selection process for new talent, including screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation; Monitors employee development using one-on-one sessions; Supports and monitors individual development plans (IDPs) for team members; Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to direct reports; Responsible for solution delivery; Has previously led development teams.
