Job Summary: Coordinates and supervises the scheduling and broadcasting of commercial media, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Supervises the scheduling and broadcasting of commercial media 2. Coordinates the receipt and organization of advertising materials 3. Acts as the focal point among Commercial, Programming, Technical, and Finance departments Supervise and coordinate the scheduling and broadcasting of commercial media, ensuring compliance with contracts, commercial schedules, and broadcaster guidelines; * Coordinate the receipt, screening, verification, and organization of advertising materials, ensuring technical standards, quality, and adherence to deadlines; * Supervise customer balance control, monitoring acquired credits, deductions, and ensuring accurate financial execution of campaigns; * Coordinate the issuance, review, and management of copy orders, ensuring standardization, traceability, and organized material handling; * Supervise the processing and validation of broadcast verification reports, ensuring data accuracy and supporting the Commercial department; * Coordinate the preparation, verification, and confirmation of commercial rundowns, ensuring correct media delivery and preventing operational inconsistencies; * Supervise ECAD information control and submission, ensuring compliance in registering soundtracks and played music; * Monitor OPEC operational indicators, proposing process improvements, rework reduction, and enhanced operational efficiency; * Act as the focal point among Commercial, Programming, Technical, and Finance departments, ensuring integration, information flow, and deadline adherence.
