Our products are present in over 30 countries and serve approximately 20,000 clients, and to make all this happen we have 580 employees and specialists! ##### **Requirements** **What we're looking for in this Channel and Partnerships Coordinator role** We are seeking a candidate to work as a Specialist or Channel and Partnerships Coordinator, responsible for building, developing, and expanding the company's channel division, with a focus on creating and strengthening a commercial ecosystem focused on technology solutions, ERP, logistics, payment methods, and fiscal messaging. This position is strategic and aims primarily to drive growth through partnerships, generate commercial traction, and increase revenue via channels, as well as develop policies, governance, and processes for the partner program. The candidate will be responsible for building the channel division from scratch or improving existing models, defining operational strategies by region, segment, and partner type, identifying, mapping, recruiting, and activating strategic partners such as ISVs, consulting firms, ERPs, TMSs, fintechs, banks, and integrators, as well as creating and maintaining the channel playbook, including rules, commissioning model, onboarding, certifications, and governance. They will also manage the entire partner lifecycle, from prospecting to activation, engagement, and performance, supporting sales executives in generating opportunities through channels, developing co-marketing campaigns, and ensuring predictability and consistency in results from the pipeline generated by partners. The individual will work closely with internal teams such as product, pre-sales, marketing, legal, operations, and finance, while monitoring performance indicators, KPIs, goals, forecasts, and channel ecosystem traction. It is required to have experience in channel management, partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development, as well as familiarity with ERP, TMS, logistics, payment methods, acquirers, or digital banking solutions. It is essential to have experience with B2B SaaS technology products and API-based integrations, along with knowledge in creating and managing channel programs involving ISVs, VARs, resellers, and distributors. Familiarity with fiscal messaging, tax processes, shipper ERP, control towers, or related solutions will be considered a differentiator, as well as experience in partner analysis, qualification, and due diligence processes.
