Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for providing consultative customer service via digital channels, system implementation, technical support, and data monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Consultative customer service and software client support 2. Conducting training sessions and alignment meetings for system implementation 3. Technical analysis, ticket triage, and continuous software improvement **Location: Blumenau (Escola Agrícola)** **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **Your Responsibilities:** * Provide consultative customer service via digital channels (Email and WhatsApp), clarifying doubts and advising on best practices for system usage. * Lead alignment meetings, implementation *checklists*, and training sessions for new users. * Open, triage, perform technical analysis of, and follow up on support tickets, ensuring resolution deadlines are met. * Perform system configuration (access management, business rules, campaigns, and features) and execute tests to validate scenarios. * Identify software inconsistencies, report bugs to the technology team, and propose continuous improvements to the user experience. * Monitor data processing queues and coordinate scheduling/assignment of the operational data entry team. **Requirements to Apply:** * Experience in customer service, preferably with software support; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Communication, Business Management, or related fields. **What the Company Offers:** * Meal Voucher (R$ 35.00 per day) * Transportation Voucher * Birthday Day Off * Quick Massage * Open bar (coffee, energy drinks, juice, tea, soft drinks) **After 90 Days:** * Unimed health plan (fully covered by the company, no payroll deductions) * Uniodonto dental plan (fully covered by the company, no payroll deductions) * Food Allowance – R$350.00 (fully covered by the company, no payroll deductions) * Various annual bonuses Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Selection Question(s): * What is your expected salary for this position (CLT contract)?
