We are seeking a professional to serve as an Administrative Assistant in the Workshop Reception area, responsible for controlling and monitoring Service Orders (SOs), receiving drivers, and assisting with the expiration tracking and management of tachographs. This role is critical to ensuring the organization of administrative maintenance routines, fleet safety, and regulatory compliance, directly contributing to the quality and efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities * Open and close Service Orders (SOs); * Greet drivers upon workshop check-in, guiding them through checklist and maintenance procedures; * Assist in tracking tachograph expiration dates and managing tachographs; * Support adherence to safety standards and compliance requirements.
