We are looking for a Master Control Operator to join the technical team of the broadcast station. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the quality and continuity of transmission, following the established programming schedule and guaranteeing the accurate on-air execution of content. Responsibilities Operate the station's master control, ensuring the correct broadcast of the programming schedule. Select and switch between different input channels according to the predetermined programming and commercial scripts. Adjust scripts in real time according to the schedule set by SBT. Execute commercial breaks and review the sequence of program broadcasts. Receive and organize commercial material feeds coming from Florianópolis. Monitor signal quality and adherence to broadcast timing. Requirements High school diploma (completed); Knowledge of hardware, Office suite, and internet; Attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility; Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends, if applicable).
