Job Summary: We are seeking a Master Control Operator to ensure broadcast quality and continuity, following the programming schedule and ensuring precise on-air content execution. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure correct broadcast of the station's programming 2. Monitor signal quality and adherence to scheduled broadcast times 3. Responsible for adjusting scripts in real time and executing commercial breaks We are looking for a Master Control Operator to join the station's technical team. This professional will be responsible for ensuring broadcast quality and continuity, following the defined programming schedule and ensuring precise on-air content execution. Responsibilities Operate the station's master control, ensuring correct programming broadcast. Select and switch among various input channels according to the pre\-established programming and commercial scripts. Adjust scripts in real time, according to the schedule determined by SBT. Execute commercial breaks and review the program broadcast sequence. Receive and organize commercial material deliveries from Florianópolis. Monitor signal quality and adherence to scheduled broadcast times. Requirements Completed high school education; Knowledge of hardware, Office suite, and internet; Attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility; Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends, if applicable).
