Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for conducting telesales activities aimed at prospecting, acquiring and retaining customers, as well as boosting sales and achieving unit targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Conduct prospecting and acquisition of potential customers through regional market research and scheduled visits, developing routines to understand customer needs and address their requirements; Boost sales growth and customer retention through personalized service and support tailored to customer needs; Facilitate product and pricing negotiations with customers by maintaining continuous contact with the commercial department to achieve targets; Ensure order fulfillment from visits by monitoring sales processes and performing follow\-up until product delivery to customers; Collaborate synergistically with the store team to ensure effective performance, through meetings and guidance, aiming to consolidate processes and achieve telesales targets; Track performance progress by recording customer visits and completed sales; Requirements Prior experience in the field **Academic Qualification:** Completed high school education **Specific Knowledge:** Familiarity with products sold and negotiation skills **Computer Skills:** Intermediate-level Microsoft Office suite **Additional Information:** On-site position (100% in-person) **Work Location:** R.
