**Job Description:** . Supervise, guide, and inspire the sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of targets; . Define commercial and operational strategies to maximize results and drive departmental growth; . Ensure proper execution of operational processes related to the cards department; . Develop and deliver training programs for promoters, fostering technical and behavioral development of the team; . Conduct analysis of results and KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and defining action plans; . Plan and manage team schedules, working hours, and time banks; . Monitor individual and collective performance, providing feedback and corrective actions when necessary; . Maintain close relationships with customers, ensuring excellence in service and customer retention; . Prepare managerial reports and performance presentations for leadership; . Participate in strategic and planning meetings, contributing goals and proposals for continuous improvement. **Requirements:** . Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; . Experience supervising sales teams; . Knowledge of performance indicators and results management; . Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams; . Excellent communication skills, goal orientation, and strategic vision; . Must own a vehicle, hold a valid driver’s license, and be available to travel between Blumenau, Lages, Araquari, Joinville, and Rio do Sul; .
