Document management and legal process monitoring **Position:** Engineering Analyst Objective To provide technical and administrative engineering support, focusing on station licensing, technical drawings, and regulatory compliance with governmental agencies and concessionaires. Responsibilities * Projects and Drawing: Preparation of technical layouts and diagrams using AutoCAD. * Licensing: Editing and licensing stations in Anatel's Mosaico system and monitoring processes in the SEI system. * Regularization and Councils: Support for procedures with Celesc and assistance in document management and ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations) with CREA. * Studies and Reports: Conducting coverage studies (Radio Mobile and Google Earth) and preparing compliance and technical validation reports. * Asset Control: Registration and updating of infrastructure (towers, land parcels) and equipment (antennas, transmitters, cables). * Monitoring: Tracking public notices, public consultations, and publications in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU). Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields (currently enrolled or completed). * Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (especially Excel for service spreadsheet maintenance). * Desired Knowledge: Familiarity with ANATEL regulations and power connection procedures (Celesc). * Profile: Organized approach to document management and proactive attitude toward meeting legal deadlines
