IT Technician We are looking for a proactive and dedicated IT Technician to join our IT team. This professional will be essential in ensuring the proper functioning of systems and equipment, providing critical support to our staff and contributing to the maintenance of the technological infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities:** Provide technical support (hardware and software) to users, resolving issues and answering questions. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Install, configure, and update operating systems and software. Assist in managing and maintaining computer networks. Ensure data and system security in compliance with IT policies. Document technical procedures and solutions. Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities. Manage inventory of equipment and software. **Requirements:** Completed technical education in Computer Science, Computer Networks, or related fields. In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS). Proven experience in computer assembly and maintenance. Familiarity with computer networks and TCP/IP protocols. Knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, proactivity, and organization. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper\-V, Proxmox, ESXI or similar). Experience in broadcasting. Knowledge of information security and firewalls. IT certifications.
