Main Responsibilities: * Perform **maintenance, formatting, and installation of software** on computers and IT equipment (printers, peripherals, etc.). * Respond to **internal service requests**, providing technical support to users. * Ensure the **organization and proper functioning** of proprietary and third-party software by conducting tests and **reporting any issues to developers**. * Support routine **IT infrastructure maintenance**. Requirements: * **Completed high school education**. Desirable Knowledge: * Basic knowledge of **Windows and Linux operating systems**. * Knowledge of **computer and printer maintenance**.
