




The company Ambiental Limpeza Urbana e Saneamento LTDA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support administrative activities at the Lages branch. The professional will be responsible for assisting internal routines, ensuring organization, agility, and efficiency in the unit's processes. Responsibilities: Assist with the branch's administrative routines; Manage document control, filing, and spreadsheets; Support internal employee service and communication with other departments; Enter data into systems and assist HR/Personnel processes when necessary, such as onboarding, time tracking, adjustments, and supporting leadership in departmental procedures. Monitor orders, records, reports, and daily tasks of the unit; Organize and support the branch's operational administrative activities. Requirements: Completed high school (preferably ongoing technical or higher education in administration); Basic computer knowledge (Office suite); Organizational skills, good communication, and proactivity; Availability to work on-site at the Lages facility.
