We possess extensive experience in occupational medicine and offer our clients a suite of solutions focused on improving workers' health conditions. **You will work alongside our Technology team:** ** Collect, structure, and review internal data Ensure integrity, quality, and standardization of databases used by the department Build and maintain management dashboards and reports. Develop dashboards for analyses supporting decisions related to revenue, churn, commercial KPIs, customer performance, and expansion potential. Contribute to consolidating pipeline KPIs, renewals, forecasts, and customer portfolio behavior. Support recurring monthly/quarterly studies for evaluating results and performance indicators. Maintain documentation and versioning of data, queries, and reports. Follow established standards and methodologies for KPIs, metrics, and nomenclature. Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing departments to deliver information aligned with business needs. **We expect you to have the following skills and attitudes:** Proficiency in the Power BI platform. Proven experience in data analysis Advanced-level Excel/Google Sheets (data processing, formulas, tables, and charts). Basic SQL knowledge for simple queries and data modeling. Ability to structure databases and operational data sources. Ability to read and interpret business metrics, operational KPIs, and revenue indicators. Familiarity with data governance and best practices for versioning/documentation. Skill in consolidating data from multiple sources and validating consistency.
