Requirements: **What we seek for this DevOps position** Plan and deploy tools that ensure system reliability, scalability, and security; Design secure and efficient solutions meeting business requirements; Participate in DevOps projects from planning through implementation; Ensure tools and infrastructure provided by the DevOps team are provisioned, configured, and managed efficiently, scalably, and securely; Automate complex and critical tasks; Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure new needs are addressed while guaranteeing system reliability, scalability, and security; Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures; Handle tasks related to clarifying doubts, requests, or incidents (identify and resolve) according to established workflows; Participate in capacity planning, scalability, architecture, and information security activities; Produce materials, participate in, and/or promote training on tools and processes maintained by the DevOps team; Monitor availability and operation of tools provided by the DevOps team; Manage user access control to tools provided by the DevOps team as well as Azure Cloud resources such as virtual machines, containers, database services, etc.; Support and reinforce security processes to ensure infrastructure and development/production environments are secure and compliant with company security standards; Collaborate with development teams, environment administrators, and SREs to ensure successful integration of systems and applications into public cloud; **Requirements** Basic/intermediate Linux Docker (containers, Dockerfile, and basic Docker Compose) Git (branching, merging, pull requests, and simple conflict resolution) CI/CD concepts Basic YAML knowledge Cloud Computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) Advanced knowledge of a Cloud provider (Oracle preferred) Basic scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) Networking fundamentals (ports, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP) Kubernetes Helm (basic concepts) Azure DevOps Monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Application Insights) Concepts of logs, metrics, and traces Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, and log ingestion/query concepts) Messaging (RabbitMQ, conceptual level) Basic .NET or backend development knowledge Automated testing concepts OpenTelemetry ArgoCD Cloud and container security fundamentals Benefits **What we offer?** Annual Bonus: Up to 3.3 monthly salaries; for commercial roles, an OTC commission-based performance model.
