**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Promote the culture of safety, quality, and corporate guidelines.
* Supervise production processes, address anomalies, and ensure standards compliance.
* Plan and manage resources to achieve productivity, cost, and quality targets.
* Monitor KPIs and propose improvements to reduce costs and optimize resource utilization.
* Lead improvement projects related to methods, processes, and infrastructure.
* Plan and oversee maintenance activities to ensure line operations continuity.
* Manage and develop high-performance teams.
* Control departmental budget and ensure alignment with business objectives.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
* Preferred: Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in production line operations.
* Work schedule: 6 days on / 2 days off, with rotating shifts.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
* Accountability and proactivity.
* Continuous learning mindset.
* Must reside in Estância, Lagarto, Salgado, Itaporanga, Aracaju, or Greater Aracaju.
