Responsibilities and Duties Perform legal collections using available tools to recover credit; Conduct research via specific websites and/or contractual checklists to locate debtors; Contact internal clients using available tools to obtain agreement-related information; Submit agreement proposals for client review; Request draft documents and/or bank slips for sending to the debtor/responsible party. **Requirements:** Completed high school education Previous negotiation experience preferred Familiarity with online tools for locating debtors and delinquent customers preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Negotiation techniques Experience with collection or sales systems
