Direct customer service at the counter A supplier of hoses, hydraulic fittings, and tools is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Manaus (North Zone). Rei das Mangueiras is a company specialized in selling hoses and accessories for various industries. Committed to quality and customer satisfaction, it offers high-performance and durable products. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing materials, raw materials, and finished goods. Records incoming and outgoing movements and distributes items for shipment. Key challenges include: inspecting received and dispatched materials daily according to pre-established organizational norms and procedures. Assisting with invoice verification for material entry into the A7 system, as well as with delivery receipts when necessary. Transferring or moving all received and stored materials daily to ensure inventory accuracy. Restocking materials in warehouses according to predefined addressing, stock levels, and storage locations on a daily basis. Picking materials daily according to sales orders. Releasing materials at the counter daily to ensure delivery to the end customer. Providing counter service to customers, ensuring the "Rei das Mangueiras" experience for all served customers. Actively participating in general and cycle inventories according to pre-aligned and approved inventory schedules by the Logistics Manager. Verifying materials transferred from headquarters according to transfer invoices whenever necessary. Contributing to cost reduction through critical analysis of operations under one's responsibility, seeking alternatives to reduce expenses and avoid unnecessary spending. Performing tasks related to standard Warehouse Assistant routines. Position based in Manaus / AM. Previous experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Logistics Assistant, Warehouse Operator, or Inventory Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this role. High school diploma required.
