Join us and become part of this team building the future! **Responsibilities and Duties** **About the Position:** Interns will work directly in the manufacturing process of mortars under the market's most reputable brand. This position is strategic to ensure operational efficiency, reliability of production processes, and continuous plant improvement. The professional will play a central role in managing process KPIs, supporting the maintenance plan, and leading improvement projects, acting as a liaison between technical and operational departments. **Responsibilities and Duties:** **Inventory Control:** Assist in monitoring input and material stock levels, ensuring necessary availability to sustain production continuity. **Purchase Requisition:** Identify replenishment needs, prepare and track purchase requisitions with the Procurement Department, ensuring timely delivery and acquired material quality. **KPI Management:** Collect, analyze, and report key process performance indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions to achieve established targets. **New Project Leadership:** Actively participate in continuous improvement projects, process modernization, and operational efficiency enhancement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Academic Background:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration. **Microsoft Office Suite:** Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. **ERP Systems:** Ability to quickly learn and adapt to integrated management systems (ERP). **Additional Information** Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM\. Internship Allowance: R$ 1\.371,60 to R$ 1\.737,60, varying according to the intern's academic progression.
